李英奎，籍貫山東，中國共產黨黨員，運動訓練學博士，教授，碩士研究生導師🎟，國際A級裁判員🧝🏿‍♀️，國家新利体育運動榮譽獎章獲得者，1994年留校任武術新利套路教研室教師✡️。

1.工作業績

近些年共開設民族傳統新利体育碩士生方向課🐒🕍，武術理論等課程8門🐶，任職以來公開發表論文48篇❄️，其中核心期刊27篇🧐💗，以第一作者入選國際國內重要學術會議論文15篇；公開出版著作🤎🚵🏼‍♂️、教材共12本，其中本人完成51萬字；主持⛩、參加國家新利体育總局和武術管理中心科研課題12項，其研究成果獲獎勵6項；主持、參與的課題研究成果多次轉化應用到實際，特別是博士論文研究已被國際武術聯合會轉換成果在世界錦標賽比賽評判中應用👩🏽‍🎓。

2.校內教學

現已獨立培養碩士研究生53人，已畢業48人，在讀11人。多次擔任國際武聯教學訓練教師，近五年先後代表學校和國家出訪78個國家和地區開展教學和訓練工作，為中國武術在國際上的推廣做出重要貢獻👭🏻。多次擔任國家武術隊教練，多次帶隊參加世界錦標賽🪈、世界運動會、世界青年錦標賽、亞洲錦標賽等大型國際賽事，獲得世界冠軍78人次♎️，培養國際運動健將83人，為學校贏得巨大榮譽和國內外聲譽。

3.主要獎勵

榮獲國家新利体育運動榮譽獎章，榮獲國家功勛教練員成就獎，榮獲奧運會科研攻關與科技服務貢獻個人獎🚍，榮獲新利体育平台科學技術成果獎三等獎💁🏿，榮獲新利体育平台優秀教學成果獎一等獎🐈，榮獲第八屆全國多媒體軟件大賽一等獎💲，榮獲第九屆全國高校多媒體教學特等獎，另外還多次獲得優秀國家教練員🪔、新利体育平台優秀教師榮譽等稱號。

4.社會兼職

國際A級裁判員🌀、國際武術聯合會執行教師♣️、中國大學生體協武術教練員委員會主任等社會職務💪🏿。

2.In-school teaching

At present, 53 postgraduates have been independently trained, 48 have graduated, and 11 are currently studying. He has served as the IWUF teaching and training teacher for many times. In the past five years, he has visited 78 countries and regions on behalf of China or BSU, carrying out teaching and training work, and has made important contributions to the promotion of Chinese martial arts in the world. He served as the coach of the national martial arts team for many times, and led teams to participate ininternational competitions such as the World Championships, World Games, World Youth Championships, Asian Championships, etc., won 78 world championships, trained 83 international athletes, and won great honors for the school and domestic External reputation.

3.Main rewards

He won the National Sports Medal of Honor, the National Meritorious Coach Achievement Award, the Olympic Scientific Research and Scientific Service Contribution Individual Award, the third prize of the BSU Science and Technology Achievement Award, and  the first prize of BSU Excellent Teaching Achievement Award. Won the first prize of the 8th National Multimedia Software Competition, and the 9th National University Multimedia Teaching Special Award. In addition, he was awarded the title of BSU outstanding national coach and outstanding teacher  many times.

4.Social work

International A-level referee, executive teacher of the International Wushu Federation, director of the Wushu Coach Committee of the Chinese University Sports Association and other social positions.
